Enjoyed our stay in very generous accommodation. Great social space downstairs and very comfortable bedrooms. The house was very clean and the welcome hamper was a nice touch. Our hosts were very responsive in sorting out a couple of minor problems to ensure we enjoyed our time in the house.

"Great location yet secluded"

The open area downstairs with room for everyone to sit and talk. The champagne and Juice / snacks were a nice touch.

No wash clothes or mats to step on as you exit the shower.

"Perfect Edinburgh home base"

The location is fantastic. Cozy and secluded yet totally convenient to Old Town. The picnic table In the yard was an amazing place to hang out in the evenings. The house itself is big, clean, and very well provided. The bedrooms were comfortable for all of us. Getting in and out of the house was really easy.

There was no fob to open the gate, but it was never an issue. Some ride hails had a hard time finding the location.

This property was outstanding!!! Lots of nice little touches make the experience all the better. Facilities were amazing, kitchen was super well equipped, really clean and generally a beautiful property. Would defo recommend and defo be back!
