The space , the facilities , the kitchen , the bedding and the cleanliness was excellent .

It was everything I was expecting with no unexpected let downs . My only criticism that is out of the owners control is that the location meant going down the hill and around in order to get to City centre which added time onto journeys . If the hill at the rear wasn't so steep a path to Dean village would have been amazing . Again out of owners control , outstanding house .

The property was beautiful and secluded meaning you get the peace you would like too

It was a little bit cold, however, we expected this as the downstairs is all open plan, so we didn’t expect it to stay super warm!

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is a beautiful place decorated with such a good taste, super clean and always smelling good. It is provided with everything you could need during your stay and cook some meals. Our host was very flexible with our arrival time and also had very nice welcoming details such as fresh flowers and yummy treats for the whole family. We were delighted to enjoy the visit of a deer into the garden. Speechless! Definitely a nice experience and I would highly recommend this stay. Thank you Julie!

Location perfect for rural feel yet 10 minutes from main road into Edinburgh. Downstairs of the house was great for groups to spend time together

There were a few minor things upstairs that could have helped make a great stay, excellent.

Large open space, everything we needed , comfortable, private , relaxing . A deer in the garden!

Showers ! When both on very slow pressure .
