Luxury Winetram getaway

Room checks prior to guests sleeping at the facility will be beneficial. It doesn’t help you advertise a fireplace or a tv if you cant use them or if the guest have to run to the grocers to buy wood, batteries etc. The weather was pouring down rain so very inconvenient to run errands that should have been in place by the owner. Rainy weather aka as fire burning and tv so again, room checks are important. And staff/owner reply was just oh sorry, not let me sort it out.

Perfect location and luxurious finishes and comforts in the property. Hosts were easy to reach and engage with and also went the extra mile to make sure that our stay was a memorable one. This will be a place that I will certainly return to.

I'll certainly make a note of the following: There was a lot of noise coming from the kitchen area. We're not sure which machine was causing the noise during the night. It was quite disruptive. I had difficulty sleeping because I kept thinking someone was trying to open our door. Could we make sure that the front door offers privacy so that someone outside can't see it when we turn the lights on inside?

More coffee - only 4 pods for 2 guests, 3 night stay. Continuous noise , daily of wine tram statinn just on the other side of the the patio wall.

Very modern. Tastefully furnished..really clean.

The only thing we can think to improve on …is to put a draft extruder on the front door so that all the leaves don’t blow in from under the door.

Great location. Apartment was well designed and comfortable.

Nothing comes to mind. Even the hot water issue with the geyser was quickly resolved.
