Luxury Winetram getaway

Beautiful studio apartment, with little private patio at rear. Very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Very clean. Comfortable modern furniture. Extremely well kitted out with modern appliances. Couldn't have asked for more. Location literally behind the Wine Tram so easy to walk there (and, more importantly, walk back after a long day wine tasting!). Laundry 3 minutes walk away, likewise supermarket. And main Franschoek street and restaurants only a few minutes more. All in all super apartment for 2. Great comms with the owners throughout. will certainly want to use gain next time my wife and I visit Franschoek.

2 minor comments: apartment has an iron but no board that we could find; and we found it difficult to control the air conditioner but we found the mains board easily enough so could just switch on and off as required. But these are very minor blemishes which did not detract in any way from our stay.

Self catering. Breakfast was not an option.

The location. The advert brought us under the intention that we will have a mountain view. Not possible at all! The facility is in an office estate. The traffic of the tram station was annoying.

We were booked on the Wine tram tour. So where the property was situated was perfect. Easy walking distance to all that Franschhoek has to offer. Very well equipped property in a very safe area.

No blind/ cover for main door. Awful smell - think it was the room fragrance sticks.

It’s bright, modern, exceptional clean, everything has been thought of. The location is excellent. The lady doing the cleaning let us leave our bags there as we were early, which was great as we could go and get lunch. Tracey was always contactable via email or WhatsApp for any queries we had which was fantastic.

It is very spacious and top of the range fittings Kitchen has everything, dual oven micro, glass top dishwasher. Perfect. Big shower, amazing bed

The location was fantastic! It was within easy walking distance of the Wine Tram, Pick n Pay and the town was well within our reach. The unit was wonderfully neat and clean and had everything that we needed. I won't hesitate to recommend it. Thank you Mark and Tracey.

One small comment to make, we feel that there should be 4 teaspoons, not 2. But this is a minor issue in comparison to everything else that Mark and Tracey get spot-on.
