This was the best non-hotel I have ever stayed. For starters the place was spotless- maybe it was newly renovated- it seemed brand new. There were 2 very comfortable rooms with large comfortable beds. I traveled with my adult daughter. The rooftop terrace was so great especially at night. We loved the view into the courtyard and the wash lines (which we used) because we were more at one with the local atmosphere. The location was excellent. You step outside that was a charming cafe down the street. A little further we re right in the markets and the the heart of everything. As for the host, Lino, he was great. We were in contact over Whatsapp, he initially opened door remotely and any questions we had he responded right away. He also gave us some restaurant suggestions- we ate at two and it was some of our best meals. I will reiterate again, I felt like it my own brand new condo- out of all else I loved how spotless it was.

Fabulous apartment in a great location in Ortigia! The apartment is a short walk from the parking lot and in a great location. The host Lino provided excellent instructions to access the property and was quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was modern, very clean and comfortable. There is a lovely rooftop terrace which was wonderful. We loved our stay and would happily book again in the future.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, has a lot of light, and it is in a great location in Ortigia. Highly recommend when travelling with four.

Everything was good

Lovely spacious appartment, great location, wonderful host. Sunny terrace was a great addition. Fully recommend Lino’s appartment.

The only minor issue was some building noise c 830 am but it was not too loud and I guess difficult to avoid in Ortigia with so many old buildings under renovation.

Loved the location and the views from the roof top

Everything was great but could have used extra towels.
