"Budget service quarter with fully equipped kitchen"

The location was very close to the metro station and it was also in the main road so i could commute easily , was very convinient. The room was spacious, i didnt realise but it was a 2 bhk so for that price it was good to get 2 rooms especially if you are going as a family. I used only one room. It had a fully functional kitchen with microwave, fridge and utensils so i could cook when i didnt want to eat out. The staffs communication team were very good and very prompt! They respond immediately. I had a little issue in the beginning but they addressed it immediately and made adjustment. The caretaker Amol was very helpful. They also have a washing machine in the rooftop. Good internet speed as well and i had a good desk and chair to work as well.

Just that they didnt have a balcony for the room that i was staying in and the channels in tv were not paid so none of it was working . It would be better to get smart tv where you could connect your netflix or amazon account. However its not a big issue

Good communication after we did the booking and responsive. This changed though after we left

We left directly after we saw the room. The room did not look like on the fotos (we had the superior apartment).and cleanliness was very bad. We could not imagine to spend a night there

- team has stayed at olive - in Hyderabad & Bangalore - those apartments are much better.

- 5 people came to check in 3 people - property didn’t look anything like in the photos - the staff opened the door to our apartment while we were in it without any intimation/door bell to ask for payment. - they didn’t have an option of sharing a link for online payment. Only cash or upi - which the people staying didn’t have. - staff wasn’t courteous

Good size, great staff, washing machine available.

The windows are not insulated, and being on the ground floor meant it was essentially like being on the busy street. Very noisy.
