Maybe if breakfast facility could be added it would be a cherry on top of the cake.

Large rooms. Spacious living room. Good well stocked kitchenette.

Complex booking process. Hosts confirm booking only after their customized booking form is filled up Conformation from booking.com is not a guarantee for availability of rooms.

Privacy

the breakfast and tea that was brought up every morning was home made and really nice and the boys who were looking after us are very friendly and polite.

Liked nothing. Worst experience ever person can have. I had booked through booking.com and when I arrived at the property they denied mentioned there is no such booking in my name I even showed the booking reference number but nothing worked. They were very rude and Mr Das had been very indecent over phone. I had no option left and had to leave and booked another property with some other property with same company Olive as I couldn't find any property nearby. That was another bad experience. Overall this Olive service apartment is niusense. Booking.com should remove from there list immediately.

We chose this property since we had an infant with us. The house had everything that was necessary, including a microwave, gas connections, a few utensils, etc and was relatively clean.We also got a complimentary upgrade to a 1BHK and that was very thoughtful from the staff. The checkin was very smooth and the staff and always available for any request that you may have. Our checkin got delayed by an hour but it didn't cause us any hassle.

The house could have been cleaner especially the finer aspects like the balcony grills, window bars, exhaust vent, etc. Also the property doesn't have too many restaurants at a walking distance, you will have to avail of some public mode of transport to have a meal.
