Spacious

Had to clean cutlery , fridge, glasses and many plates before we could use them.

The standard of the whole property was excellent, spacious. comfortable and well furnished and equipped. The shower in the en suite of the main bedroom was superb. The location was quiet and very close to the beach. Although the property was a little way from the centre of Margate, it was a pleasant walk along the front to get there. Easily accessible parking space.

Nothing really. The only minor suggestion would be a few word of instruction regarding the heating for those unfamiliar with the Nest thermostat

The house is in a good location for arriving by car or train with the bonus of 2 parking spaces. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds plus individual bathrooms. The coffee machine and the welcome goodies were an unexpected bonus. The lounge and dining room are very comfortable for 6 guests.

Mainly because we had a 9 month old baby with us who is just learning to walk and grandma who needs a hip replacement we didn’t like the steps down to the sitting room but both managed to manoeuvre the steps

Immaculately clean and well appointed: lovely garden. Nice touches like wine and coffee and snacks.

Single bed are more for kids than adults.
