we didn’t even get to stay in the apartment i as they didn’t send us no door codes to get in. i rang them before we got there to confirm they had received the booking and they confirmed they was expecting me when we got there we tried ringing up numerous times but no answer had to book a last minute hotel in order to sleep and tried ringing up the next day to request a refund and still could not get through to anyone. so i have had to pay for an apartment that i didn’t even stay in and a hotel room. unacceptable and will not be using again

GBI been travelling for years and I will not exaggerate if I say that this is the worst place I booked while I’m traveling: -property door hand broken from inside which means you can not close the door. - no toilet rolls provided - no towels provided (shower) - no hand soap - no WiFi - bedding sheets are disgustingly dirty (brownish colour) - only 1 face towel provided and it was used, it has marks all over it. - customers service is the worst, they hiring people abroad that reply with only ( I can only say sorry sir) - no property manager available to discuss. - property refusing to issue refund even if they fall to comply with their own policy. Save your money and book elsewhere, sleep in a backpacker place and don’t book with these people.

We had to pay for an early check in for £20 pounds. However we showed up and our code didn't work on the front door until 3 pm so we ended up going the pub and going to the hotel for 3:22 pm. When we got there, the guy had only just got there to clean. We had to wait outside the room for another 25 minutes while he cleaned the apartment, so even if we did get there at 2 and the code worked it wouldn't have been cleaned. On messages they did not care at all. Plus, there was no soap nor toilet roll and on messages they said the do not supply this ! I really hope I get some form of compensation but I feel like I doubt they will.

The radiators weren’t heating enough. It was so cold you could see our breath coming out. We couldn’t get through to maintenance.
GBNo toilet roll/towels. The heating didn’t work so we were freezing. Bed sheets were dirty. The apartment had potential but if you looked too closely there was damage and dirt everywhere. Stains on the walls and the toilet flush was non existent. Windows paper thin so every noise was even louder. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else, wouldn’t recommend. Felt very ghetto.
