AC issues. Breakfast was not satisfactory. Some items overcooked

I liked the location

The bathroom shower and toilet was not cleaned properly. Additionally, the air condition was not working despite being switched to another room. The air condition in both rooms did not work and so it was very hot in the bedroom.

Courtney at the front desk was amazingly friendly, helpful, and kind. The art of customer service is all but lost in this world but Courtney is among those that still have it. Prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic. The rec area is amazing with putting green, life size chess, grills, and pool.

The jets in the jetted tub weren't working. One doesn't typically pay extra to have a jetted tub in their room and not plan to use it. Courtney was going to refund the difference for me. The manager told her they can't do that. Instead, it was recommended I become an awards member and he would give me extra points. That didn't happen either. Disappointing to travel 8 hours and not be able to relax in a commodity I paid extra to have. In the end, therewasabsolutley no compensation for that inconvenience. Breakfast was scarce.

Employee at check in was excellent!! Shower was pretty cool.

Smelled awful in the 2nd floor halls and in our room. Killed a cockroach in our room! YUCK!! I Reported this to the check out employee. Not sure if was reported to upper management. Breakfast attendant did not provide us with what we asked for. ☹️ Coffee was terrible.
