Front Lake Apartment with Private Funicular

The view was amazing and the little funicular was so unique. The company were on hand if needed and very responsive

I liked everything about the property and its position on the lake, would just strongly recommend having a car as whilst you can walk to the property from the centre of Como, it isn’t very easy

I just want to prevent everyone : No way ! Don’t mess , Don’t get involved with these people , they take your money and give (propose ) you not the same apartment which you have to buy !!! You will get the room which they decide to give you, and if you don’t like it they say : Arrivederci!!!!

Views over Lake Como were great, and the proximity to the lake shore were awesome.

A bit far from town if you don’t have a car, because Uber is very expensive in Como, and bus is dangerous on that road with luggage. The bed was an old noisy wire wove bed, not very comfortable. The outside furniture was broken.

Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give the property a chance—and I have no regrets. The location and views truly immerse you in the beauty of Lake Como, and being able to step outside for a swim is absolutely priceless. The private parking is a major bonus. The property management company is highly responsive, providing clear answers within minutes.

The furniture is outdated and needs to be updated. The neighbors upstairs are a bit noisy in the morning and during the day, but very quiet starting from 8 pm.

Apartment definitely needs some attention Bed was very creaky, coffee machine was dangerous spraying boiling water, light in the hallway blew the fuse to the whole Apartment, dinning room light didn't work either Very noisy neighbours upstairs

challenging if you or someone you are travelling with has a disability. the apartment was advertised to have the funicular however it was broken while we stayed here. without it the apartment is extremely difficult to access, with lots of stairs and ramps and it was challenging to take our luggage as the person im travelling with has a disability. along with this, there was no water pressure, the bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable, there was a dirty pillow which was missing a pillowcase, the exhaust in the kitchen did not work and the neighbours upstairs were like elephants so there isn’t much soundproofing evidently. there are also no places around the accomodation and getting a taxi to the centre isn’t easy
