Governors Village Seven Mile Beach Corridor

I enjoyed staying at this property I recommend 100% you won't regret.

Very nice with modern finish. Food on site a bit pricey and closed early because it was low season. Big supermarket next door. Other dining options along the road. On a major highway but not noisy. Beach across the street. Access to public transport. Bed comfortable but sheets ok. Good closet space. Gym decently equipped but needs a water cooler.

Very spacious unit,well equipped kitchen and clean. Walking distance to the beach, groccery and dining options.

This place makes Grand Cayman affordable. Very close to the airport. Food options are plenty and food delivery from restaurants are available. The entire property is super clean. Rooms are spacious. The pool is a good size for hanging out in or swimming laps. New construction. Gym is well equipped. Check in and check out were both very simple. This is not a hotel. You will not receive hotel service. Set your expectations accordingly. If you plan on visiting the beach bring your own beach towels. You have to toss your own trash into the trash container at the back of the building in the parking lot. Everything on Grand Cayman is expensive, everything and I live in NYC.

This property was excellent! Check in and out was straight forward and easy. Our unit was clean, modern and comfortable. Having the cafe in the same space made it easy to grab a drink or quick bite. I just wish it was open a little later during the week. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend and come back.

Absolute gem of a property. Beautiful communal landscape, super clean and spacious units (quiet too!). Cafe, gym, laundry, etc. right onsite. Pool only 4 feet deep but ample beach chairs available. Also there is an outside lounge and game area with 2 TV. Easy to communicate with management after hours via their app contact. Great location in close walking proximity to shopping areas, restaurants, public buses, and Governor village beach. This was a perfect choice for all my needs. I stayed with friends in a 4 bedroom (each room had its own bathroom which was a plus!!!) that had a full kitchen and even a wine fridge then extended my stay to a one bedroom which was equally lovely. This will be my new lodging location for my return visit to CI. Highly recommend whether traveling with family, couple or solo/friends.

Overall very good place! Would stay again! Only got two towels total, but they ending up coming in to clean after a few days and gave us new sheets/towels. Very happy with our stay!

New, clean, modern, great pool, and ample parking. It's easy to walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. We loved the location.

Very accessible in everything i just dont like no enough towel you need to buy everything time you want to changed your towel. Kitchen amenities, you have to bring your salt, sugar, coffee filter if you are planning to use tgeir kitchen as they only have pots, cutlery not like the other rental property that they have. I like their laundry and the building is like new.
