Executive Residency by Best Western Nairobi

We enjoyed our stay at the Executive Residency. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, catering to different tastes, and the room service and cleaning staff were courteous and attentive, keeping everything immaculate. The hotel’s central location in a nice neighbourhood provides easy access to shops, cafes, and gastropubs, all within walking distance. The rooftop bar offers a pleasant atmosphere, with prices that align with typical hotel rates—reasonable without feeling overpriced.

The placement of the swimming pool was a bit awkward, as morning swims coincided with guests having breakfast nearby, making it feel less private. Additionally, the gym facilities felt a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades to meet modern standards. Keep in mind there are no air conditioners –which didn't affect our stay due to the season, but worth considering if you travel during the hot period.

The location is great. In a nice area in Nairobi, close to a supermarket and nice restaurants. It is safe and the facilities are ok. The pool was a bit dirty, but in general the whole hotel was clean. The satff was friendly and very helpful!
