Executive Residency by Best Western Nairobi

The receptionist Eve was jolly good fellow and very helpful. You could actually get a 10 by giving welcome drink in the room as courtesy and allow check out up to 3pm.

Some cleaning products did not have good smell

We’ve stayed at a few Best Westerns in the U.S., but this one in Kenya really stands out. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. Eve at the front desk was exceptional!! from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. She was professional, kind, and always attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her warmth, genuine care and consistency made us feel valued as guests. She truly went above and beyond in every interaction. She is such a joy. When we had a small issue with our room one night, Abigael resolved it quickly and efficiently, moving us without any hassle. The whole team was friendly and responsive. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained. We also loved the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and a great start to the day. Always nice to see a smile from Peter and the kitchen team We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you Eve ,Bestwestern and all who made our stay awesome

Excellent breakfast and Chef /Staff was very friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean. This is our third time we have stayed in this property and definitely use it again.
