Responsive host for a lovely cozy cottage that comes highly recommended. Comfortable bed and sofa bed exceeded expectations too. Pack-away dining table is a great addition. Very clean and well maintained Kitchen is well-equipped, no detail spared on supplies provided. Location is great, close enough to the town for those more mobile.

Very little that is within the host's control. Parking a little pot luck due to location. No number of advanced warnings will stop you tripping over the step into the kitchen or knocking your head on the beam above in the shower! Water pressure on the shower a little on the weak side but not problematic

Close location for minehead centre and beach

Parking close to cottage seems to be an issue. Last week of july certainly there was a lack of free spaces, possibly off peak parking would be fine. Mattress on the bed not great quality and certainly not supportive at all, so not a brilliant sleep. Downstairs quite dark.
