"A lovely week at the quirky cottage, Minehead."

couldn't want for anything more. A lovely quiet location 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Lots of free car parking on side streets nearby.

"Excellent cosy cottage! Perfect for couples or small families"

Location was perfect, 5 mins walk into Minehead town centre. Cottage is on a quiet road with little traffic. Cottage is lovely and cosy as well as beautifully decorated.

Nothing, everything was great! Parking is a little awkward but out of the hosts control. We always found somewhere to park within a few minutes walk but this was out of season.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the Carpenter's Cottage. Sarah-Jane was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had. We were pleased to have the opportunity to meet her during our stay. The cottage was everything we had hoped for and more, and was in a great location in Minehead. We were able to easily walk to town, restaurant and shops. There was actually a terrific fish and ship shop only about 100 yards from the cottage! The cottage is cozy and comfortable, extremely clean and very well appointed. We could not have been any happier with our stay. We hope to visit the cottage again some time in the future. Thank you Sarah-Jane!

I cannot think of anything we did not like.

"perfect base for a short break"

Perfect base for walking and exploring the area. It rained one day so we enjoyed being able to hang out for sometime in the cottage, which had good fascilities

the kitchen area had a little step up which I managed to stub my toes on more than once although I had been warned. We had to park the car a couple of streets up but this was not really a problem.
