Brilliant location. Worth the money.

A bit noisy from outside but that didn’t bother us.

Location was great for our needs.

Great location and easy to access. No parking but car parks nearby are 24 hours. Bathroom clean. Plenty of space inside.

Flat had not been cleaned at all, litter on floor, in kitchen, bedrooms and corridors, debris on carpets, grease drippings on draw handles in kitchen and microwave door/handles. Sponge for sink was so old scouring bad half fallen off. Bed sheets unwashed, still smelled like previous guests, hairs in bed. Multiple lights not working throughout properly. One bedroom door handle falling off. Bare wires hanging down out of ceiling, one smoke/fire detector handing down by its wired above a door, not fixed to ceiling. Broken draw in kitchen, broken bin and no bin liner. Freezer soooo full with ice buildup not much space to use. Sleeps 6; only two bowls, 3x glasses and 2x mugs. 2x tea spoons, one pan for induction hob, other non-induction so didn’t work on hob. Second bedroom no bedside light and a clothes horse/air dryer for clothes hanging?

Good location, easy walk from the station and (paid for) parking available nearby. Handy for the pier and Winter Gardens. Spacious and quiet for a city-centre location. Bedding was fresh and clean. The bathroom looked to be newly furnished.

The apartment was poorly maintained and equipped. Access is via a fairly steep, narrow staircase. Communal area was grubby and untidy with laundry bags blocking the passage. The kitchen appliances are good but there is a lack of basic equipment. There was only one teaspoon, one (useable) fork, pans were badly stained or broken. Only pint glasses, no corkscrew. No bath mat, tea towels or hand towels. No bedside light. the carpet was burnt and the sofa was stained. A kitchen window would not shut having been broken (we were told) by the previous tenant. This meant the property was not secure. We checked out after one day of a 3 day booking and moved to alternative accommodation. The owners declined to refund us for the unused days even after Booking.com were involved.

Location was excellent, apartment was ok, a little tired looking but ideal for a short stay

Didn't like coming home on last night and a man walking in our apartment and then finding another mean asleep in one of the bedrooms. Apparently they had been staying there and had been moved upstairs for our stay, and accidentally walked into the wrong apartment. Fortunately they left but we didn't feel safe and secure after that. Glad was the last night not the first as I just wanted to leave. Messaged Paul to complain and he put it down to an innocent mistake

Apartment was in a great location

I didn't like how I almost cut my foot open on a broken tile in the kitchen I did raise this broken tile with the owner but no reply. I also raised other things. A radiator had broken he informed us and promised to refund me cleaning fee but never did

Spacious.. the location was perfect

Nothing to dislike about it
