The location of the place was really nice! The apartment also had most of the needed basic amenities.

The bed was too soft and not comfortable. The shower didn't have enough water pressure and the windows didn't have any curtains.

Location was great.

Waay too smelly. From the bathroom, the sewer smell is almost unbearable. Internet is particularly bad.

-Toilet was not clean -Bathroom smelled very bad and the bathroom door was full of stains -Once it started raining, water began dripping from the ceiling. We contacted the hosts, but they never replied. The following day, they messaged us about our check-out but never acknowledged our messages and videos regarding the issue.

Figuring out how to access the property was very confusing with the limited instructions, especially when you’re exhausted from a long day of traveling. It would have been very nice to have the instructions sooner because I didn’t have access to wifi very often on the day I was supposed to check in. Also, the apartment reeked of sewer. I figured out it was coming from the shower drain and covered it with a spare towel when not using it.

Filthy sandwich maker was covered in cheese and crumbs from previous guest toilet was disgusting urine stains on seat and toilet bowl cup for toothbrush was covered in previous guests toothpaste work tops stain marks not cleaned shower after use had fowl toilet smell that lingered and filled the apartment as walls to toilet and kitchen are open and don’t go to the ceiling.the windows have no curtains on any windows and the gentleman in the office opposite bathroom could be seen from window make sure you are wearing something we blocked windows at night with cushions and spare blankets so we could sleep and privacy when getting ready to go out.When booking we requested an early entry if possible we didn’t get a reply when we arrived we hadn’t received access code we called number provided several times no reply and couldn’t leave a voice mail sent messages through booking.com eventually at 2.45 we got a code.

Very good location for the airport and local attractions

We showed up to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned. Hair on the sides, dirty towels on the floor, used bedding and mould everywhere. I messaged the host and they can to clean the property fairly quickly. But there was still a lot of mould on the walls in the property. The shower was also very temperamental, you couldn’t have constant water coming out of the shower head without holding the lever out. We had to use the wand to shower with, the pressure is rubbish and the water wouldn’t kept going cold.

The location of the property, size and facilities are perfect however the smell of the bathroom was unbearable and ruined the experience.

Smell coming from the bathroom and drains was unbearable, mixed with the over powering air fresheners just made the stay very difficult and we avoided the apartment as much as possible and very nearly booked another hotel for the second night. It’s a shame as the location and apartment were perfect.

We liked the service from Rico and the location of the e apartment was fantastic. Right in the old centre of Pisa and within walking distance to sights and good restaurants. Lively at night time with lots of bars and good atmosphere. The lift, although small was great to access the apartment. The air conditioning was good but loud so could be kept on whilst trying to sleep but was appreciated in the warmer September weather Italy was experiencing. The bed was comfortable with good pillows.

The apartment was clean on first glance but as we started unpacking we noticed how it hadn’t been swept or mopped since previous guests or so it seemed as there were hairs in the bathroom as well as used false eyelashes. We gave it a once over ourselves with the broom in the cupboard. The bed had clean linen and clean towels, though. The bathroom drains had a very strong odour that all drains in Pisa seem to have. It worsened after you used the shower or flushed the toilet. This smell carried through the whole apartment and wasn’t isolated to the bathroom. Unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend staying here or return. We booked last minute and maybe this is something we shall avoid in the future.
