"Superb"

The apartment is modern and clean and in a great location. It's close to everything we wanted to see and do. We enjoyed our stay there.

The air filter on the heater was very dirty. Please show cleaning staff how to maintain this. The power to the apartment was abruptly shut off at 10 a m. on the morning we were checking out. Picking up the keys at a separate location from the apartment was challenging as we were walking from the train station and we're unfamiliar with the city.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with a lot of space. Sound proofing is good as once all windows are closed the sound from outside is eliminated. It is well lit, overall very good.

Some little things such as lack of clothes hangers in the bathroom, no soap holder in the shower, no toilet paper holder, no towel holder by the sink, no dish drainer in the kitchenette and no side tables by the bed. The apartment door lock needa adjustment as it is quite hard to lock the door. Towels and toilet paper are not replenished on a daily basis, even though we were provided with another set of towels after asking. Small things that if looked into and rectified will make it an excellent place.

"Great appartment in central location"

Excellent (new) appartment that is recently renovated. 2 airco units helped alot against the august heat and the fact you have a small kitchen and fridge available is great. Easily walkable from the train station (around 15 min) and less then 10 to the tower of Pisa. Bunch of nice restaurants around and a small supermarket.

Its a new appartment and that always comes with some good and bad things. It is lacking in some basics like curtains in front of the windows (even though there are not people looking inside), something in the shower to put your shampoo/soap bottles. There was a italian style espresso maker, but did not function on the induction stove. Above things will most likely be fixed in the future, the biggest thing on a service level we did not like was that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper available for 4 nights (2 people). Asking is there were more was replied with: just one roll meaning we had to buy some ourselves.
