Beautiful Garden Room with Private Entrance

Beautiful room with lots of lovely touches. We visited over Easter and Liz left us little Easter Eggs in the room. There was wine in the mini fridge and some crisps to snack on...as well as coffee, tea, milk etc. The garden is secure and our two dogs loved it. It was just a short walk from town. We would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated room with quality furnishings, comfortable bed and excellent shower room. Would be very pleased to return in warmer weather.

We stayed on a very cold November day, and the room was extremely cold. There was a heated towel rail in the shower room and an electric fan heater in the main room, but it was inadequate for winter use. We arrived at around 3:30pm and by the time we went out to eat at 6:30pm the room had still not warmed up. When we returned we put the heater on again and the temperature was just about bearable by the time we went to bed. The price was a little expensive for a room with no breakfast, and some guests might be disappointed that there was no contact with the host other than a welcome message and arrival instructions via Booking.com.

This beautiful garden room is completely quite and private which I really appreciated. It is really comfortable and excellent location near the sea and moor, and with all the shops and food outlets in Kingsbridge close by.

It was perfect for our short stay. Clean & comfortable. A short walk to town. Plenty of parking. Good communication.
