Was beautifully presented, lots of little extras. Was so peaceful and private. Bed was lovely and comfortable and the shower was amazing, couldn’t ask for more!

"Ideal for a short break within easy reach of Kingsbridge."

The room was light, airy and tastefully decorated to a high standard. Whilst the property is attached to a residential house, it feels very private (helped by access to the garden and private access). There’s also tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge in the room, which we didn’t realise we would have.

I’m being very picky here. There isn’t anywhere to make/prepare any light sandwiches or snacks, so be prepared to eat out for all meals. However, there is a great pub (the Crab Shell Inn) which is walking distance which offers breakfasts/meals that I’d highly recommend.

"We had a lovely few days and Liz was an excellent host, she helped us with a problem immediately."

We provided our own breakfast which we ate in the room, it was easy to prepare and we enjoyed it in comfort. The Garden Room was just perfect for our few days away, was comfortable and Liz provided us with everything we needed p!us extras which was much appreciated. It was also very peaceful and accessible to the town.

Nothing, everything was very satisfactory.
