Very disappointing Issues were not resolved Notified in the evening that we checked in The Ensuite toilet didn't flush The balcony door in 2nd bedroom didn't close Cooktop didn't work The apartment in our opinion was not ready for renting

Everhthing was amazing! Great location, great team and communication, easy to get to, family and baby friendly. It was a clean apartment, comfortable beds, well equipped! Views were beautiful. Lovely morning walks by the river and plane spotting! Definitely would book again!

At first sight when entering the apartment, everything is great. It's well equipped and has most things you'd want for a short stay. But, on closer inspection, cupboard doors are hanging off or off their runners. That said, it is still fine for a short stay.

Check in was a nightmare! I'd had great communication right up until about 45 minutes before check in. I wasn’t checking in until around 10pm and they asked me to let them know when I was 40 minutes away, which I did. I then messaged again when I was 15 minutes away......no reply. I arrived and tried to ring, not once but 5 times. All calls went unanswered. By now I was starting to panic. It was freezing cold and sleet was falling and I'd been stood around for 20 minutes. Eventually I had a message from a different number saying he was checking me in which is just as well because I was going to give up on it. Upon entering the apartment, it was clear someone had been in recently because the lights were switched on. Not a single heater had been turned on though and the flat was freezing! It took hours to warm up. Next day, I got up and left for work early without a shower thinking I'd have one later. Sadly, when I went to shower there was no hot water. Not even luke warm. Rather than report it and wait hours for it to be repaired and heat up as it was an electric immersion heater, I decided to check out a night early. Not great altogether but I'd probably give it another go and check the hot water worked straight away. Check in needs to be better too.
