Charming apartment next to Brighton Station

It was near station and shops and the beds was very comfortable

Location near Station as we were using Brighton as a Base to walk second half of south downs way. Pub next door was nice and not noisy. Plenty of pubs and places to eat nearby, also shops, short walk to seafront. Place was reasonably quiet at night, beds were comfy, kitchen reasonably well equipped. You get what you pay for and it was good value for money in that location.

Smell of damp in entrance, relatively clean, maybe could do with a deep clean soon? We had problems with heating thermostat losing connectivity with WiFi every night, luckily was fairly warm. Fire escape from basement looked to be a ladder over a wall!? But you get what you pay for and only minor niggles for the price I guess. Never stayed in Brighton before so don't know what the competition is like.

The apartment is in a very good location if you travel by train. It is in a nice street and we did not have any problems with noise from traffic or the pub next door. It is clean and tidy with comfortable beds and a large sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. There are 4 food shops very close by for groceries, etc. We found the frequent local buses convenient to get to and from the sea front if you don't want to walk. It was easy to access the property with a key safe outside. The WiFi was good and there are a few board games that are useful. It's a very good base to visit Brighton and surrounding areas.

There isn't anything we didn't like. The sofa could probably only fit 4 adults but there are plenty of dining chairs. The bathroom is downstairs, it was not a problem for us but could be if you have difficulty with stairs.

The apartment is very clean and nice, I and my family enjoyed staying there, very close to the seaside and the shops, walking distance. The kitchen well equipped and bathroom very clean, we would book this again when next we visit Brighton.

Simple and easy to locate the lock box and I had clear instruction on which key to use in each lock. If you are travelling by car their is a loading bay just outside to pull up and unload, so you do not need to drag luggage a long distance to the flat. The flat is locate in a central location where you can easily walk to a Tesco, Sainsbury or M&S in 2 minutes, plus it is next to a really good real ale pub. The beach is a 10-15 minutes walk where you will walk past the town centre and old town full of boutique shops and restaurants.
