Charming apartment next to Brighton Station

Owner was very accommodating to allow us early access at the last minute. Cute apartment on a cute street and accommodated our family of five perfectly.

Excellent location next to the train station, so easy to get to and very close to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and clean, bathroom and kitchen well stocked and clean too.

Rest of my family slept well - I was on the sofa bed in the front room on the sofa bed which was very comfortable but being Brighton over a busy summer weekend was noisy with road traffic (boy racers?) and party-goers, but unless you were sleeping in that room, you probably would never notice! It would not prevent me from booking this lovely flat again though, the proper bedrooms were located well away from the street.

Smaller than expected Downstairs room and only bathroom a little awkward to get to for bigger people, as stairs very narrow and low

Location was ideal for the train station.

The biggest benefit was the host - he was super helpful when there was a problem at the beginning of our stay and got it fixed straight away, the communication was great! And he even let us stay an extra night when we had an issue with our car meaning we couldn’t leave until the next day. Can highly recommend any property Glenn hosts!! The other pro was the location - super walkable and easy to park up and drop bags off outside.

The only tiny things we’d have changed is having some more amenities in the kitchen - ie cooking oil, salt and pepper, maybe another kitchen knife. We also thought the bathroom could have been a tiny bit cleaner but only if we were being finicky! Also not a negative but just to note - if you struggle with stairs then the ones to downstairs were quite steep - fine for us but may be a struggle for an elderly person !

The apt was centrally located, very clean and very comfortable.

Everything was fine - we found nothing to complain about!

The host was so lovely, checked in to make sure we were okay. Very easy to contact. Felt very safe and such a lovely clean house to stay in. Would definitely go back
