Waikiki Palms, Central Location, FREE parking

The location was great, 15minute walk from Waikiki beach. The room was moderete size, the air condiotioning was good. Great plus is free parking spot in the building

It could be cleaner, we found others hair on the bathroom floor and toliet. Also, the price listed on booking site is not overall price, it does not include tax and cleaning fee, which you realize after your credit card was charged.

Es una airbnb, el cual hay recepcion y te dan las llaves. El parking es clave, ademas de tener la habitacion sillas para la playa, sombrilla y Snorkel. Estas a 200 mts de la playa del Hilton y en la zona hay varios restaurantes. Otro tema, es que en la puerta esta la parada del Bus que te lleva y te trae del Aeropuerto. Nosotros alquilamos auto, pero no es un dato menor. El valor del BUS son 3 dolares y se paga solo en efectivo.

Lo unico negativo es el ascensor, demoras mas de la cuenta para poder subir o bajar. En nuestra estancia habia uno fuera de servicio.-

Very good location with several breakfast options within a couple minutes' walk, an amazing mini-mart on the corner, walking distance to the beach and about a mile's walk to the nicer restaurants in Waikiki. Reserved parking spot in the garage is definitely a bonus.

While the description of the unit on this listing refers to it as a "vacation home" and an "apartment", it really is nothing more than a standard hotel room, and a small one at that. The actual name of the property is Aqua Palms Wikiki Hotel, not Wiki Palms. The kitchenette does not have a sink. There is a microwave but no hot plate or cooktop. If you need to do any dishes, you need to do them in the bathroom sink. The view, while described as city/mountain view, is actually just a sliver of the mountains between a couple buildings. You can't actually see the city either, just the back side of several condo buildings with a large parking lot below. The biggest issue was the elevators. There are 3 but during our entire stay over a holiday weekend only 2 worked and there was almost always a long wait, many times having to bypass a car due to it being full already after coming down to floor 5 from floor 11.

Great location. Comfortable room. The host was really awesome and responsive.

Budget friendly. Bed was comfortable.

The location of this place was perfect! Right across the road from the Hilton Lagoon and Waikiki Beach. The extras put in place EG the beach chairs and towels were great and having the parking space was a bonus.

For a short stay, it does the job. The floor feels like you are drunk the whole stay, and the bathroom is dated. As much as you try to keep sand out, it does make its way in, so having a dustpan and brush would be a good idea.

Easy to check in and parking was definitely a big part of the decision to stay here
