They send 5 pages of info. Most of that is unnecessary and nobody reads it. Later is problem that you did not read it.

Location is great. Near the cafes and restaurants.

First of all, the smell. There is mold and high humidity as there is no ventilation at all. Even with the windows open, air there is not good. Also, ordered the place for two people, but bedding was only for one. The second one was under the sofa, not prepared. Also, there was no toilet paper, but at least, that was bought to the apartment quite fast. When wrote to host about all the comments, received passive agressive replies. Checking the other complaint replies I see that this is common issue. In general, we did not feel good and wanted to get out as soon as possible.

Excellent apartment in the old town. Spacious and comfortable.

As usual, the management sends those "let us know what should we do to make your stay even better" messages. Responding with a minor issue (toilet paper was missing, which is easy to be bought in the groceries store nearby) placed them in nirvana. No message, contact etc. Just funny.

Great location.Very modern and up to date interior.Excellent bed linen/really white and ironed.Heated floors and coffee machine gives a real luxury.

Not a thing what i really don’t like,maybe Tv needs attention.There was everything in Portuguese 😅.Sewage smell little bit annoying , but that’s was on all old town streets,presumably that’s a old town problem.

Very clean and very good location in the old town.

The house is located right in the city center but the street itself is quiet and somewhat secluded. The apartment is small but had everything we needed - it was warm, cozy and clean. Kitchen appliances included toaster and coffee machine which was greatly appreciated.
