Studio apartment Delight By Polo Apartments

Asked them for an invoice repeatedly, but my messages are just being ignored for a couple of months.

The studio itself is clean and well-equipped with everything you might need: fridge, stove, shower, toilet, washing machine, and coffee machine. Plus, it’s located right in the city center, which is convenient.

What I didn't like? The communication and the tone of the messages I received. Everything was phrased in a commanding way, which didn’t sit well with me. I was repeatedly reminded to wash the dishes, take out the trash, and do some light cleaning in order to save time for their cleaning team. This is not how you treat clients who have already paid an additional €30 fee for a cleaning service. I've attached screenshots for reference. Additionally, there were no towel racks in the bathroom, so I had no place to hang my towels—they literally had to be placed on the floor. A shower curtain for the shower cabin was also missing. After taking a shower, water ran onto the floor, spreading across the entire bathroom, and there was no system in place to drain it. Five days after my departure, I received a request from the host claiming that I had damaged the walls. The host wrote: 'After the check-out of the guest, we found that the apartment was left in a horrible state, with damaged walls (holes in the walls). One of the holes seems to have been made by a sharp object, while the other looks like it was caused by a blunt one.' The host demanded that I pay €100. I have not caused any damage, so I declined the request. If the host believes I am responsible for the damage, they should kindly send me pictures. I confirm that I did not cause any damage; there must be a mistake. They probably didn't check the apartment thoroughly before I checked in or have confused my stay with that of another guest who stayed after me.

Great location, a small and modern apartment which covers most of your needs.

No wardrobe/shelves to keep your clothes organized during your stay, the TV had no channels, too few cutleries.

We didn't find extra pillows and a duvet the first day.

The location was good and the place looked the same as in photos.

We only had 3 pillows for 4 guest. We had only one coffee capsule for coffee machine.

Perfect location, very comfortable bed and other facilities. Everything is new and clean.

Booking this room second time and will book it more times the bed and sofa is comfy the room is clean shower is big enough to fit two people this room is just best one you can get in Kaunas.

This apartment is clean, spacious, got everything you need for kitchen, it’s in the heart of the old town and just a few steps to the most popular restaurants & bars in the city, it’s almost impossible to find an apartment for this value for money, i recommend for anyone who wants to stay in Kaunas for a few days, on top of that the host was friendly and explained everything i needed to know about the apartment. 10/10 :)
