Nothing! Toilet was broken which the owner knew about and didn’t get it fixed! Ignored all messages and refused to refund the 1 night that we had left early!

Property not clean. Shower dirty Insane amount of dust Worktops not clean Milk in fridge out of date 5 months Beds dirty So bad we couldn’t even stay and had to find alternative accommodation
