Rooftop Apartment At Queens Beautiful views

Good location for where we wanted to be, and great space in the apartment.

We found someone else’s toe nail clippings on the floor in the living room, one sofa was broken and there were no blinds in the living room.

The property was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Within walking distance of bars, restaurants and the train station.

Need some sort of blind or curtain on the main window of the living room.

Information given on the message sent to gain admission was understandable. Some of the boxes looked like they had been attempted to be broken into and the dial on the box we needed was not 'tight' and a little temperamental to open.

there was only one toilet, but stated that there were bathrooms - which was a shower room, sink and the only toilet and another was only a shower and sink room. one of the bedroom doors did not close fully into the lock of the frame.

Very clean and well supplied would definitely stay there again and great location.

Apartment was really nice - plenty of space for us (2 adults and 3 children) Parking right outside the front door was great and having a lift to bring everything to the top floor was brilliant. Kitchen had enough cutlery, pots etc for us to use and the towels provided were a bonus. Décor is gorgeous and comfortable beds made for a great nights sleep. Key collection was easy and entry to the apartment was no problem. We had day trips booked but I did like that they had booklets on tourist attractions in Belfast available to read up on - might be nice to have a few of the local shops, restaurants etc listed as with the dark evenings we didnt want to walk too far not knowing the area. We did walk down to the Hatfield House pub (5 mins walk) as we saw it on the way back from a day trip and we had dinner and a few drinks on the 2nd night - food lovely and staff really friendly. Would recommend

For me, I think the television needs to be moved - its behind the door and I was so afraid one of the kids would open the door fully on it and break it - not easily done as the doors are heavy, this however meant I had to use a door stop to prevent fingers getting caught so there really is only 1 couch to sit on to see the TV. There's a free wall in the room that it should be moved to to prevent damage and also allow you to actually watch it. Main bathroom although clean could do with painting (water like stains running all down the walls) and the grout at the bottom of the shower is black - mould remover may work or a remove and re-grout would do it. The 2nd smaller shower room with sink is a bit useless, I think it would benefit from a 2nd toilet over a 2nd shower. Kitchen could do with a blind or curtain, looking out over a Holiday Inn with men standing outside it smoking every night isn't the most pleasant scene.
