Rooftop Apartment At Queens Beautiful views

The location was great Decor was lovely and the views are amazing

Uncomfortable Not enough sofa seats for us to sit on Very firm mattresses Lock box was faulty and found it very tricky Unpleasant smell in apartment from the drains, hosts had great communication and informed me it's from water sitting in the U bend. Unfortunate this wasn't the case and the smell was overpowering throughout the weekend

The apartment was super nice, clean and well-kept, and the views were stunning. The rooms were cosy and the beds comfortable. The approximaty to the Botanic Train station made things very easy.

The neighbourhood was nice, but some areas quite close are a bit shady so if I had planned to walk out late at night I'd might be a little careful (but it was not worse than in most other big cities).

The location was frightening as we were scared to go out after 7.30/8pm as street was full of druggies and sex a fender and other sorts on one occasion we were so frightened we thought about leaving next morning as the area was not for holiday makers even though the apartment was fantastic

The Location

Bright space. Quiet and comfortable!

Good location near Botanic Gardens and several restaurants and bars, and about 20 minute walk to the historic centre. Spacious, suitable for our group of one couple and to singles.

One of the two listed bathrooms does not have a toilet, just a sink and shower. The love seat was broken. Three of four light bulbs burned out in main bathroom. These were very minor issues that didn’t affect our overall enjoyment very much, but guests should be aware the suite is a little tired. Still, overall good value and a good stay.

Location good, close to the botanical gardens which has some excellent bars and cafes.

Little bit of a walk to city centre

The property was very well located to get around the city. It was clean and tidy and suited 4 adults.

Beginning to see wear and tear in the flat but I would book it again.

The view was fantastic. Beautiful apartment.

Broken shower door was difficult to work with.
