Rooftop Apartment At Queens Beautiful views

Good location. When a problem with the cooker arose, quick to respond.

Cleanliness, i had to move a piece of furniture and there was thick layers of dust under it, a dirty tissue under the bed, very bad smell from the bathroom for the whole weekend. A few utensils from the drawer were dirty and not cleaned sufficiently. Gas cooker didn't work when we arrived - someone came and fixed it that evening but should have been checked prior to our arrival. Apartment was freezing when we arrived, asked for instructions re underfloor heating - only heated up sufficiently the following morning so first evening & night in the apartment was v.cold I was aware of a noise alarm system which i have no problem about but i was not aware that the noise from the apartment is constantly monitored. To me, its an invasion of my privacy. The host knows exactly when you are in & out of the property. It's more than a noise alarm system, its a constant monitoring system. Not suitable for family with young children, blinds not secured to safety hook properly, doors in every room are v.v heavy - kids cant open them themselves, my daughter caught her finger in the door. Security deposit took 5 days to be returned to me. Whats the delay? Beds & matresses are v.uncomfortable. Springs coming through one of the double bed mattresses.

Kitchen. Pots and pans were not clean.

Location. Parking

Security of key. Key could be accessed by anyone on the street, to the building and also the apartment. When we looked for a mop to clean the floor, there was a man and his dog asleep in the cleaning room. Kitchen floor was very sticky on our arrival and needed to be cleaned. Stovetop dirty. Exhaust fans in the bathrooms worked poorly.

The place was quite spacious and close to restaurants, shops and places to visit.

My daughter would have liked a full length mirror to check out her outfit.

Location was perfect to get around on foot.

Nothing comes to mind. Comfortable apartment
