GBDefinitely not the usual bland hotel decor, this was something different - a bit special, and we loved it. Location was spot on for us - just a few minutes walk to get to the docks, and there's a park opposite which was great for the kids.
The seagulls are quite noisy which didn't bother me but hubby lost a bit of sleep. I had requested for a cot to be put up in the bedroom for us, and that was overlooked but it was no trouble sorting that out ourselves.
GBBeds were comfy and the location was great for us, attending a function at Llanthony Secunda Priory.
The apartment wasn't really suitable for a party of our size due to both bathrooms being ensuite. My Mum, who was sleeping in the single bed, which is technically in the hallway, and 23 year old son had to use other people's bedroom enquites to shower and use the bathroom in the night, which was not really convenient.
