GBThe bed was comfortable and clean
To be honest, our stay did not meet our expectations. While we did have a great night's sleep and found the beds clean and comfortable, there were several significant issues during our stay. First, despite booking for five guests (four adults and one child), we were only provided with four towels. Second, there were several housekeeping issues. Since we were only staying for one night, we didn't want to go through the hassle of contacting the head of housekeeping at the time, but the neglect was obvious. The extractor fans in both toilets were covered in a thick layer of dust. I actually work in housekeeping myself, and by the look of it, those fans haven't been cleaned in months. Third, the shower hose was covered in black mold. While we were showering, pieces of the mold actually broke off, leaving us standing in moldy water. Fourth, the kettle was badly in need of descaling. Please tell me how this is acceptable when paying ยฃ200 per night? I understand general wear and tear, especially given that it is an old building, but the basic cleanliness of the place needs a lot of work. The carpets were so sticky that our feet and socks turned black (we do not wear shoes indoors), and I couldn't even let my four-year-old son play on the floor. Furthermore, there was a questionable stain on the sofa that smelled of urine. Lastly, regarding the instruction to take the bins out: I expected this service to be included in the ยฃ200 nightly rate. Guests should not be required to take out the trash during a hotel or serviced apartment stay; this is not an Airbnb.
GBGBVery comfortable, well appointed flat. Some great artwork both in the apartment and in the public areas. Well equiped kitchen. Fantastically comfortable bed. The location is withing easy walking distance of the City Centre, Quay area (Bars and Restaurants) Cathedral and park.
GBThe property was probably the best ABB that we have ever booked. The location was quiet, well placed for access to the city & the sports stadium. Parking was secure & the additional parking place was very accessible & value for money !. Communication with those in charge was only an email away with prompt responses. As for the accommodation.. it was beautiful.. charming & a little bit quirky , clean , well appointed & comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

in apartment number 4 there is a very unpleasant smell from the sewage system.
GBI liked the facilities the property offered. Bed was super comfy and it was in an easy walkable area.
Shower was very hot and couldnโt cool it down but not too much of an issue. There is some noise feedback from other apartments but it wasnโt too disturbing for me.
