This is a beautiful old French consulate. The front desk staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is amazingly comfortable. There are lots of little touches to the way the hotel is run and this makes the experience memorable and fantastic.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, walking distance from the busy town centre and old town area.

The staff was exceptionally friendly! They really made our stay feel extra special! No matter what we needed they were there for us. The rooms and all of the hotel were super clean. The rooms felt super modern with nice appliances. The breakfast was really nice and I preferred it to a buffet since I would just over-indulge. You could choose from a list of breakfast options and get unlimited coffee of your choice. If you're looking for a hotel where you can just chill by the pool, I'd say this is not the right hotel for you. Its a cosy little pool with a few sun loungers. The area is quite shady though, especially during off-season. We spent most of our time at the beach or in the city which was great for us. The city center is a 20-30 minute walk away. For us it was not a problem but its something you need to be aware of since there are not too many restaurants around the hotel. Having said that, the hotel's own restaurant is fantastic as well! Would definitely recommend having dinner here at least once as well. All in all 10/10 for us and would highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back here if we come to Crete again.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The cleanliness, the facilities, how attentive and dedicated the staff are, the food. I could not fault it in anyway, this made our holiday. I am gluten free and they were nothing but accommodating and make sure I had the most comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Superbe Etablissement! Très belle chambre et surtout un personnel exceptionnel de gentillesse et d'attention. L'établissement est un peu excentré du centre ville historique mais le trajet à pied ou en taxi se fait facilement.
