Missing staff for breakfast so it’s a bit of a wait but very good food

Nothing major, just the stairs in the front where you have to carry your suitcases above.

The property is beautiful, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely and big. We had a front sitting area and a rear courtyard for reading and sunning. Best shower I have ever had.

The lighting in the room takes a bit of getting used to. 20 minute walk into the city keeps your steps up!

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht. Die gesamte Anlage präsentiert sich äußerst gepflegt und makellos sauber. Das Personal überzeugt mit ausgesprochener Freundlichkeit und zuvorkommendem Service. Kulinarisch bleiben keine Wünsche offen – das Essen ist köstlich, der Kaffee von hervorragender Qualität. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die äußerst bequemen Betten, die für erholsame Nächte sorgen. Ein charmantes, kleines Hotel in bester Lage von Chania, das durch seine Herzlichkeit und Liebe zum Detail besticht. Einfach perfekt!

The staff was incredible – so kind, helpful, and friendly. Every day we were warmly welcomed, everything was clean, and the hotel had thought of every detail. If you wanted to order a taxi, it worked perfectly. When we went to the beach, a bag was prepared for us with towels and water for the beach day. The gym was clean, small and nice, with high-quality and stylish equipment. The breakfast was also fantastic: you received a tiered tray with fresh items – from savory to sweet – and could also order an additional dish à la carte. I would go back anytime, as the friendliness of the staff alone completely won me over.

Amazing building, our bedroom was in the attic and very unusual. Loved the fact that it’s a boutique hotel with less guests. The swimming pool area is amazing with plants and great furniture.

The staff was truly amazing. The breakfast was beyond wonderful. The gym was equipped enough for some basic training. Everyone was super accommodating and helpful. Also, the rooms were spotless and the grounds were beautiful. We had such a lovely time and would strongly recommend staying there. A lot of attention to detail everywhere you look

To be honest it was pretty close to perfect, the only thing to mention is that the brunch and evening menus are not that kid friendly, but everything I ate was really tasty.
