The house is Victorian stone house on a hill, right in the middle of Lerwick close to shops and restaurants. Nearby o/n parking. The spotless room provided every comfort (v comfy bed) with nice ensuite shower/wc. Delicious breakfast and welcoming host. Strongly recommend.

Lerwick is generally a bit pricy.

Very pretty, nicely decorated. Comfortable bed with attractive linen. Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. Easy walk to waterfront (can see water from window) and Lerwick Town Trail, ferries, all shops.

The single room Is very small as expected, but the shower was so small that anyone with broad shoulders or a bit overweight might struggle to fit in it. If that’s you, maybe select the bigger rooms. Also, the two steep flights of stairs to the room might make it hard for a person with knee problems. I was fine with it but just a warning.

The location was fantastic. Very easy to self check-in and get into the room. Very clean and very welcoming.

Got woken up once or twice by noise on the street. But this is the only small detail that took away from the quality of the guest house. Not a big issue.

Beautiful, cosy, a home from home.
