Perfekt plassering i et fint nabolag, lett tilgjengelig. Mye fine restauranter i nærheten og man kunne gå trygt ute. Standarden på rommet var god, det var renslig og ryddig. Svært positivt med tilgang på basseng og treningsanlegg, samt løpebane rett utenfor bygningen. Anbefaler virkelig dennenleiligheten, svært god valuta for pengene.

Litt vanskelig bookingsystem for fellesarealer, ellers upåklagelig

Check-in was smooth and quick. The location was good between barranco and miraflores.

- Late Check-in was (3 pm) - There is a high extra cleaning fee not included in the total price, and not mentioned during booking, which was disappointing when we found, the place shockingly not clean: the bed sheets were yellow and poorly fitted, the kitchen was smelly and stained, the closet and drawers were dirty and still had items from previous guests. The towels were obviously dirty and stained with blood. This was shocking in general regardless of the cleaning fee. Additionally, like many reviews mentioned before, there was a strong, moldy, damp smell that was unbearable. Luckily, we only stayed for two nights.

mejor comunicación con agencia de arriendo, se demoran un poquito en responder

Buena ubicación, el check in fue rápido y sin problemas. La habitación estaba limpia y con lo necesario. Hicimos uso del jacuzzi del edificio sin problema (Se tiene que resevar). Sin duda un gran lugar para descansar.

Good location. Short walk into Barranco main square.

The rooms looked like the pictures online however there was a strong smell of damp/mould from the second we walked into our room. The handle on the door was also not very safe and looked as though it was falling off. Compared to the other hotels/apartments I have stayed in during my 4 weeks in Peru, the staff here spoke and understood little English. Given that we also only spoke basic Spanish communication was difficult at times. Overall I was left disappointed by the apartment.

The communication with the host was flawless, really fast response. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

We felt there was a slight smell of chlorine every time we came back to the apartment. The location is good, but it is very much right between Barranco and Miraflores - which is not a bad thing, but you have to walk a bit if you want to get around and see things.

Good location, Comfortable, very clean, and the host was very responsive. Had some troubles with getting Netflix to work reliably but the host was incredibly quick to try and resolve. Pool/spa was was great and you have to book it in advance
