Good location. Swimming pool and hot tub on the roof but you need to reserve a time to use it.

The door to our room was not secure and no safe in the room

High floor and a swimming pool. The room had all the facilities for tea and coffee and a fridge

The sheets didn’t wash off since the last time it was used. I think that somebody had period over those. I didn’t make much fuss over this but thought it is worth mentioning.

Nice location - close to several restaurants, bars, and attractions in both Barranco & Miraflores.

Could be a bit noisy in the streets in the morning.

The owner's policy of cancelation time appeared too short, and more importantly, he didn't inform us that the swimming pool and jacuzzi won't be available to us before we arrived. You could book more convenient and less expensive lodgings with free cancelation in Barranco neighborhood if you don't care about the pool/jacuzzi. The communication appeared more about his sense of security and benefit rather than ensuring his guests' comfort and satisfaction. For example, before our arrival we got more than a few messages asking for our passport identification to be submitted online before we arrived. We refused due to our own protection of identity risk, and informed him that we would provide such information in person. After our check-in, however, the communication got cut off when we conveyed our dissatisfaction of the uninformed swimming pool/jacuzzi closure, and asked for a free upgrade because of his available next-door and better conditioned studio. His reply came two days after we already checked out offering a discount for a future stay. Unfortunately, we don't prefer to coming back to this studio.
