Broom Leisure Camping Pods

Was very expensive I felt for what it was. Very very basic. Could have done with a coat hook or two in the pod. Bring your own bed sheets was a bit of a pain. But there wasn't a lot of options in the area so this was our best bet. Other places equally as expensive for very basic accommodation. Unsure why.

Great location but not what we had thought we had booked.We were under the impression we were in a caravan and not a basic pod with no toilet facilities other than the main site which was quite a walk especially if you are up through night

Beautiful place and incredibly helpful staff. I clumsily broke the key to our pod and they could not have been more kind and helpful. Incredible locstion. I woll never forget my stay. My wife and i saw a barn owl and a deer, incredible.

We loved the 2 bed lodge. It was very comfortable. Extra bonus was the Hot Tub especially at night looking up at the stars. The hot tub was great just the right size and was always warm enough. I liked that we had robes and towels provided. The lodge was great had everything we needed. There isn't a lot on site mainly for fishing but we knew this before we went and we were happy to get some peace and quiet. Annan is near and we ordered a take away fish supper from the Café Royal who delivered to the site on the last evening. From the site there are lots of nice drives such as Dumfries and plenty to see. If you're looking for somewhere nice and quiet and very relaxing it's perfect.

Great location and comfy pods

People setting up to fish directly at the door of the pod with their poles extending causing a trip hazard to use using the pod.

We upgraded to Bella as it was empty that day and it was perfect for us as a couple. I got to relax whilst my partner enjoyed fishing.
