Broom Leisure Camping Pods

It was a bad experience. I don't even know what's worse, the fact that you don't have beds, the fact that you don't have a bathroom nearby or that there are insects in the room. It says it's pet friendly, but there is a fence where the dog can jump or crawl underneath. I normally kept him on a long leash, but he got underneath. There was a stuffy, stuffy smell in the room. Full of insects including a TICK!!! Not pet friendly at all! There are no beds. There are only some benches made in such a way that they extend over half the surface. They have no duvet or pillow. I had to bring it from home. I came for one night to sleep and that's it, I traveled a long way and I needed to be able to rest to continue driving. They don't have a sink. You don't have water. But nothing bothered me more than the fact that you don't have a bathroom nearby. I came at night. The roads are not lit. You can't see where you're going at night. The bathroom was far away. I do not recommend. I couldn't sleep. I didn't feel safe. I didn't sleep at all. The bench was uncomfortable. I will not come back. I don't recommend!!!

Everything we asked for, great camping pod. So quiet, had a fridge, kettle, water outside, massive double bed. Shower facilities on the site were excellent also. If you want a few days peace and quiet, then this is ideal. Perfect for fishermen also, as you are right on the fishing lake

My daughter and I had a fun stay here. The pod we stayed in was very clean and the family that run the site were very welcoming and eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom facilities were in easy reach of the sleeping accommodation.

The weather! Unfortunately we didn't get to see the nearby beach but will return to explore!
