Best Western Plus Amritsar

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.. Food was also very good. This is my 4th or 5th stay I always stayed there.. A very good place to stay in this hotel.. Excellent stay.. Keep it up as you always.

The location was good.

Services were slow. Despite reminding the staff repeatedly to get the stuff to the room, the service was slow. We asked them not to keep go to our room in our absence - still they went inside and kept things in the washroom. Woman at the reception kept talking on her personal call, and we were waiting for her to call to get finished. We had to interrupt her so that she listens to us. We had to wait for around 30 mins to get our room as it was not cleaned despite booking it in advance

It was near and clean breakfast also.was.good and near to railway station

When I arrived at the hôtel , the room was not clean. The water was so cold , i could not take a shower , I asked the man on the réception , he didn’t find the right answer . Morning the water is and also the evening. The room service also , no body clean it for 2 days I was obliged to call them, They didn’t accept guest or visitors
