Phone was not working had to clean the shower before stepping in Pointed out small spiders on breakfast plates It took 3 hours to get someone to bring some tea to the room and that too only after going down to the reception three times and we were told that the milk went off an was curdled

A lot many things..starting from reception - ambience was so dull, not at all welcoming. Front desk staff is lazy, the lady during the day had no answers to questions and for everything she needs to check with manager. Moving forward...two lifts but one is not working and i guess that is not working from ages. Let us now come to the room....very disappointed...bed sheets were stained with vegetable marks and blood as well. Bathroom has no hot water and shower leaks and spills the water outside the shower area making bathroom all wet. Housekeeping number 33 as mentioned in the placard doesn't work..no one replies. You need to call reception and the approach is very casual...."oh no hot water...keep the tap running for 10 mins, it will come" - seriously we should waste water for 10 mins to get hot water. On asking to change the bedsheet the answer is "oh these are mosquito blood stains". How does it matter what stains are these, question is that the duvet cover and bedsheet is not clean. They don't clean room till 3pm and when checked why the answer was "today we don't have e housekeeping staff". Now how does this concerns the guest. Cleaning room is basic duty and that needs to be done. The general manager Mr. Vikas Sharma is one of the most unpolite GM of the hotel. He really needs to be trained to work in hospitality industry. He was not ready to admit the flaws. All he said was that he will look into it and get it done on priority. The reception lady walked up to the room to make the room with housekeeping which is surprising. What we wonder is are they really running a hotel of 48 rooms or they are running a shelter home. Not recommended at all. There are better options available in the city than this hotel. One of the worst stay experiences in my profession of 30 years of travel domain.

The location is close to the main attractions like Golden temple and Jaliwalan baag. However it is in a very crowded place surrounded by automobile repair shops. Staff was helpful in letting us cancel our booking.

The place is in a very crowded place (not touristy). Pics are deceptive of location. Rooms were not clean, bathroom had a jacuzzi but was very unclean. Bedsheets had stains. We cancelled our booking as couldn't stay there.

Unfortunately some of the facilities were closed
