What an amazing cottage in the heart of Karangahake Gorge. We spent the day doing the cycle tracks to come back to a relaxing cottage that was 10/10 clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Even if the cottage is situated close to the main properly we heard nothing but cicadas all night. It was so peaceful and tranquil, we spent most of the night on the small deck stargazing. We made the most of the little BBQ outside plus the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the quirky decor and also loveddd the little rooms sprays that had available! For the price, location and cleanliness, definatly one of the best overnight stays we have had. Would defiantly recommend! :)

The location was amazing. So quiet and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and there was air conditioning in the lounge/kitchen area.

It would have been really useful to have a microwave. Otherwise, we loved everything about it.
