Nice location, upgraded property with good view and a large pool and a garden.

Even though it is close to the beach but it is not easy to get to the beach. Property has a beautiful and large pool but pool was not heated.

The most disappointing hotel experience I’ve ever had This was by far the most negative hotel experience I’ve ever had — and I travel a lot around the world. The first night, I was placed in a room that felt more like a storage closet. It smelled of dampness and something old. The bathroom was disgusting, and the room itself was dark, depressing, and absolutely unworthy of the price. I paid over €1000 per night for that room — absolutely unacceptable. After I complained, they eventually moved me to a different room for the second night, which was better — everything was newer and more modern. However, even there, the curtain kept falling off, the front door barely opened, and the toilet and shower were designed for people with disabilities, which completely took away any sense of comfort or vacation vibe. To their credit, they did issue a partial refund of €361 for the first night after my complaints — but that hardly made up for the overall experience. And as the final straw — in the morning I asked for a bit of fresh lemon juice, and they brought me a bill for €8. Eight euros for lemon juice, in a hotel that charges over €1000 a night. I truly cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a huge disappointment and a total mismatch between the price and the experience.
