"Overpriced for a very tired shabby room"

Gardens & location

Very tired. The inside of curtains shredded. Window door catch broken. Bathroom extractor fan not working. Hot water tap dripping. Sink cracked & took ages to drain and worst of all bottom of toilet had big brown/black mark.

"Good value."

Old world charm and character. Sea views.

Evening meal wasn't great. It didn't seem fresh. I think my curry had been microwaved. The rice was dry and I noticed that my friends vegetables were dry looking as well.

"Just what we wanted."

Imperial is in a great location with lovely views. We had a sea view with a balcony which was fab. The staff are very helpful and friendly plus it’s a great doggy destination with kindness extended to our pooch too. (Dogs are £20 per night) The bar balcony was a lovely place to relax. Good breakfast.

Our bath taps had a thermostat issue but the maintenance guy came immediately and was able to fix. The hotel could do with an update in places.

UPGRADED ROOM. appreciated the balcony. Gardens good. Good public areas. Impressive restaurant. Amazing location

In need of painting. Rather run down look for the beginning of the season.

"Fantastic staff, great location, excellent value for money"

The staff were second to none..... excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Our family had a sudden bereavement and the staff. especially Wendy were so kind and welcoming

Beds could be better..but that is also personal choice!!!
