Everything was great. All the essentials were provided. There were fruit, coffee, tea, and necessary utensils. The owner was very kind and polite. I suggest friends not to miss the opportunity to use this apartment 😊

I missed my flight on the first day, and arrived on the second morning. When I arrived hotel, hotel owner prepared Turkish breakfast for me, it was very delicious. Two cats are also very cute. We talked many interesting things when we were having breakfast, I also love his homemade jam. Hotel owner is an optimistic and warm person. His apartment is also very very nice and clean, I can enjoy my time in this place. I can feel he cherishes his apartment very much. He also introduced me what interesting place can I go in Van. I really love this beautiful city and the warm people here. I’m sure I’ll be back in the future :) When I checked out, he also helped me to ask the taxi, and even paid the taxi fare for me. He really did a lot for his guest. I really recommend his apartment to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful city, Van! Thank you so much!

We were very satisfied with our stay in this apartment. This apartment is one of the best apartments in the city center and near the most important and main streets. Everything was great. You will experience a very good feeling by staying in this apartment. It was as comfortable as our own home and very clean. Our host, Mr. Mete, was a very nice and helpful man. Every morning, he served us various breakfasts in his cafe, which was located under the apartment. I have recommended this apartment to all my friends in Iran and we will stay here whenever we visit Van again. Unfortunately, due to the problems I had, I could not write my opinion earlier.

The room and location were excellence. The owner really nice and tremendously helpful. The breakfast was really nice. Mr Mete is a good chef. One night is not enough to stay in the room. The room layout remarkable and cozy. We also met a cutie catty.. everything is flawless!!!

Clean apartment and a good place, owner is very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. This'll be my #1 choice if I want to revisit Van again.
