It was a really good apartment in the city centre, and especially the landlord! His the owner of his own caffe on the first floor, he is absolutely friendly, he can recommend you everything related to the city of Van and he also can cook you a brilliant breakfast (and a lot of coffee and tea!)

Mr. Mete is very kind and helpful. He has contacted us in advance to be prepared to our arrival. We arrived by car and he has arranged an underground garrage for us in verry closed vicinity (10 m from the entrance). The appartment is large, clean, comfort. Welcome fruit was perfect. The kitchen is fully equiped, in living room two sofas. The balcony has e nice view to the local street reserved for walking, nice cafes and restaurants. Breakfast - unforgettable, in his caffe. We have felt welcomed, safe, like home. It is also very convinient for families with children, I supposed. Thank, you, Mete.

From June 27 to June 29 we spent the night in the apartments. The apartments are located near the city center, very atmospheric streets. The owner met us from a taxi and helped with check-in. The owner is a very sociable and open person. Every morning he prepared wonderful breakfasts, talked a lot about the sights of the city and helped with transfers. The apartments are clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

The residence was very clean and had full facilities, including a washing machine, Refrigerator, electric kettle, gas stove, sheets and blankets, pillows and clothes hangers, safe box, towels, dry tea, fruit and a very professional iron and iron board, as well as all cooking utensils and a full kitchen, and the whole house was professionally designed. The owner is a very kind and sociable man named Mete, who was responsive at any hour of the day and night, and I would like to thank him sincerely for celebrating my daughter's birthday. He amazed my daughter with his wit and creativity. I hope the world will be filled with good people like Mr. Mete who do not think only about money and customer satisfaction is much more important and a priority for him. I request all those who choose this residence to take utmost care in maintaining the property and facilities inside the residence and to be careful not to cause damage to the good facilities provided by the owner of the residence. One of the strong points of this residence is having a coffee shop in front of the building and in the best part of the city, which makes you sit in the coffee shop after returning from sightseeing in the city to relieve fatigue and enjoy watching the happy and lively young people pass by. Enjoy the music that comes from all the cafes and bars.

The breakfast was amazing! It's much better than I saw in most Turkish hotels. The host makes breakfast in his own cafe downstairs. It's very comfortable to get the apartment and the breakfast at the same time. The host is very hospitable, he prepared breakfast by himself. He also helped us with parking. It's definitely one of the best stays during our summer trip this year.

We had so much lovely and nice stay at this residence. The host ,Mr.mete,is a very nice guy with very warm and sincere behavior. The breakfast was very delicious and varied in each day. The residence is so closed to center of the city and every shopping malls and shops were in access easily without any need to go by Taxi. I do recommend not to miss the chance of stay at this residence!

We stayed in this place for 4 nights. The owner is very kind, respectful and lovely, the apartment is very clean and comfortable and is in a beautiful location with good access to the city center. I had the experience of staying in 4 and 5 star hotels in Van. But staying in this place was much more lovely than them, the breakfast was excellent and varied every day, it is possible to cook food in the apartment and there are the necessary dishes. If I come to Van again, I will definitely choose this place. I am very grateful to Mr. Mete, I hope you will always be successful and healthy.

I like lovely manager and too clean apartment . We arrive at 3 o'clock in the morning and manager come and give us apartment.

Parking is at street but the manager told me we have parking in normal check in time. We arrive too late
