Все отлично! Квартира соответствует описанию, рядом есть вся инфраструктура кафе, магазины, торговые центры. Платная подземная парковка в двух шагах,. Хозяин приветлив и всегда готов помочь.

Горячач вода подаётся порционно, видимо из-за газового нагревателя.

The host, Mete is very friendly and helpful. The flat is clean and has cooking and cleaning facilities.

The host was such a kind and respectful person. The hotel was located on a lively street full of cafés, right in the city center. From the balcony, you could watch people enjoying a summer afternoon. The building was clean and modern, with beautiful kitchenware, and every morning the host treated us to a lovely breakfast with fresh bread. I’ll definitely choose this place again for my next trip to Van.

Excellent stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mete made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived 🙏 Location perfect - in the centre of town but on a relatively quiet street. Accommodation was bigger than our apartment in Paris! Breakfast great inc new discovery kaymak (🇹🇷 clotted cream). This should be your first choice in Van ❤️

We were four persons and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and warmth of the hotel owner. We genuinely felt at home. Thank you so much and if we get a chance, we will definitely come back here again.

The host, Mr Mete, was very helpful and kind. The apartment was very clean with all the facilities that you would require for your stay.

Best place we stayed in during our trip around Lake Van. Super friendly host (with excellent English), great location, wonderful breakfast, overall excellent value for money. The underground parking just next to the apartment is a blessing, given its low price and Van's downtown traffic madness. Highly recommended if you plan to visit Van and its surroundings, you won't regret staying here.
