ESLa ubicación. El personal es amable. Y el hotel es bonito.
Diría que podría mejorar la limpieza de las áreas comunes (pasillos y ascensores mojados por clientes que usan la piscina, el área del bufé no es limpiada hasta que cierra). Entiendo que como clientes debemos procurar hacer un uso respetuoso de las áreas comunes, pero una repasada por parte del personal de limpieza de vez en cuando no estaría mal. La limpieza de las habitaciones es deficiente. La plancha de ropa no funcionaba bien. El área del bufé es pequeña, si resulta que el hotel está lleno, es complicado encontrar sitio para comer. La comida no es tan variada y no había leche para añadir al café.

Things didn’t work. Ice machine broken except for third floor. No filtered water, even in fitness room where it was broken. They used an air deodorizer/freshner that was really horrible and if you research those, many use formaldehyde which is harmful to one’s health. It was wore in lobby than in the rooms.
