Guy at the front desk had poor communication skills and made check-in of our group of 7 much harder than it needed to be. He seems easily confused and somewhat aloof. The couches in the lobby are severely stained and unkept. When I walked into my room I could still see several footprints of previous guests all over the tile in the entryway and the bathroom. Sheets were clean thankfully. Pool and hot tub were both dirty
